Return Window
You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Both the Stride 5" Half Tights and the Wake 1.5" Swim Brief are designed to be worn directly against the skin. For hygiene reasons, please try them on over your own underwear before deciding. If the tags have been removed, or the item has been worn next to skin, the sale is final — except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Exchanges & Store Credit — Free
Choosing an exchange (different size or color) or store credit? We'll send you a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Refunds to Original Payment Method
Prefer a refund to your original payment method instead? You're welcome to that too — in this case, return shipping is at your own cost, and we'll refund the item price within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
How to Start a Return
Reach out through our Contact page with your order number, whether you'd like an exchange, store credit, or refund, and we'll send instructions from there.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, free return shipping included — no questions asked.
